The full form of LLB is Legum Baccalaureus and is known as Bachelor of Law. The abbreviation derives from the Latin word “Legum Baccalaureus”.LLB is a three-year law degree course pursued after completion of graduation.

LLB is offered in many reputed colleges that are affiliated with the Bar Standard Board (BCI). Is LLB, tough to study, whether three years or a five-year course, absolutely, No it’s not that much difficult as compared to the other professional courses like MBBS, B.E or BTech…and so on.

Is LLB better than other courses?

If your dream is to become a lawyer, then you should do an LLB. An MBA gives you the tool to do your job better, with a higher salary, and feeds knowledge to start your own business, while the other professional courses like MBBS are totally a medical field.

Meanwhile, BA law mainly appeals to the students as it allows a lot more flexibility in this course, as it has elective modules compared to the LLB, which has a strict set of core modules and extra elective courses. LLB is not considered a master course, but it’s a bachelor’s level degree. Basically, LLM is a postgraduate course in Law. With a period of 2 years course. Meanwhile, for admission to the LLM course, the required minimum eligibility qualification is LLB or BL or its equivalent Degrees.

Difference between LLB and LLM:

These degrees offer a wide range of career opportunities in the government sectors like a court as well as in private sectors. Both LLB (Bachelor of Laws) and LLM (Master of Laws) are the two most popular degrees which are highly significant and highly honoured disciples of Law, in India or abroad.

• The LLB (Latin Legum Baccalaureus) is a UG degree, regarded as the very first step toward becoming a qualified lawyer or barrister in society.

Generally, a partnership is a profit organization that is created by a mutual understanding between two or more parties; moreover, this is a very difficult way of explaining two or more people working to generate money. In nature, a general partnership is quite informal. Normally it takes a shared interest or handwritten contract but is not mandatory and includes the handshake.

Risk in LLP:

Of course, the general partnership is informal; it has both developing upside and drawbacks. Because the most literal risk undergone by partners is legal liability.
