If Reservation Against Cancellation tickets are rejected after the train has left the original station but before the train has left, there will be no refund. If the ticket is an e-ticket, meaning it was purchased online, it should be canceled online so that the refund can be credited to the user’s account. The full money will be refunded to the customer under the condition that the ticket was canceled before the departure of the train if the train is more than three hours late.
